I became a teacher after more than 10 years of developing a personal practice, learning and attending yoga classes with teachers all over the world as I moved from country to country. As a former body builder and weight lighter, paddler, and runner, I evolved into a healthy lifestyle that I naturally shared with people who were always asking for advice. I still enjoy a variety of activities from long walks to hiking, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking to the occasional strength circuit at the gym. I fell in love with Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga after an injury. Yoga has brought grace, strength, and calm to my mind and soul. Discover how yoga can change your life forever too.
People often continue with the same lifestyle and exercise routine years on end. As our bodies change, so does our need to take care of them. Yoga enables longevity from the inside out. The external body is but one factor, we must cherish and nurture the inner body and mind to be healthy our entire life.
