At Mailekula Yoga, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We believe that yoga is for every body and I strive to create a supportive community for all of our students.

I offer a variety of classes for all levels, including vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga with classes designed to help students build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.

My beginner yoga class is designed to introduce students to the origins of yoga and help develop a strong foundation. You will learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help find peace and balance in life.
Classes are modified to fit the individuals in each session.
