Winter Class Schedule Released

In-person classes resume at two locations for winter. 

Monday and Wednesday evenings, return to Chinquapin Rec Center. 

Saturday morning is Slow Flow continues at Charles Houston at 9:10 am and I am adding a new Intro to Power Yoga class at 10:20  Saturday morning. See the Class page for more details!

Winter classes resume in February. For updates, please check the MaileKulaYoga Facebook or Instagram pages. 

I offer a variety of classes for all levels, including vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga with classes designed to help students build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.

Beginner Yoga Class

My beginner yoga class is designed to introduce students to the origins of yoga and help develop a strong foundation. You will learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help find peace and balance in life. 

Classes are modified to fit the individuals in each session.
